A natural polymath, Ashika has a grounding in everything from coding and strategy to concept and content production. In line with the rapid evolution of digital and content over the last decade, Ashika has curated and led diverse teams that sit within the overall integrated agency offering, ensuring business relevancy.
Most of all Ashika is fascinated by the role creativity has to play in the human experience and is most excited to see how brands can have a real impact on real people.
