Gerety Talks Polish Creativity with Dagmara Witek-Kuśmider and Kinga Grzelewska.

Just like the award show, the Gerety Talks series puts some of the marketing and creative industries true changemakers in the spotlight and at the centre of the conversation for a refreshing take on what leadership looks like.

Dagmara Witek-Kuśmider is an award-winning Chief Creative Director at Publicis Worldwide Poland. She is a Vice President of Foundation K.I.D.S. Children Hospitals’ innovators Club. Dagmara manages teams of 36 creatives and designers working in agile structure of Publicis Worldwide Polska: Publicis Poland, Publicis Lion and Publicis Health. She is the author and co-author of campaigns awarded at many international festivals that appreciate creativity and effectiveness. He won the Cannes Lion, Cresta Golden Drum, Comprix, KTR, Innovation, Mixx Awards, Golden Eagles, Golden Arrow and multiple Effie awards. She was a member of communication and tech jury boards of KTR festival, Young Talents festival and Hospitals of The Future contest. She has been creating communication for the largest brands, including PG (creative HUB for Europe), Prudential, BNP Paribas, Nestle, Renault, Sanofi, Maspex, PGE, PKP Intercity, Orange, Coca Cola, Kompania Piwowarska, MTV, Netflix, Garnier, being a part of advertisement community for 20 years. As a graduate of Polish philology at the University of Warsaw and Master of Management at the HCE in Paris and at the Warsaw School of Economics, she perfectly combines creativity with a business perspective. Dagmara is an initiator and vice president for communication of the Foundation K.I.D.S.Children Hospitals Innovators Club, which helps pediatric facilities in the process of transformation into hospitals of the future, thanks to new technologies as well as tools and know-how from business. She is an ambassador of diversity, supports entrepreneurial women in creating their own companies as a mentor.

Kinga graduated from Academy of Theatre in Warsaw (faculty: Knowledge about the Theatre) and School for Social Researches (affiliated at PAN). For almost 6 years she has been developing cultural TV programmes for TVP (Polish National Television), making interviews with the biggest theatre artists like Pina Bausch, Eimuntas Nekrosius, Krystian Lupa, Krzysztof Warlikowski. Involved in many arts project and festivals. She has almost 20 years’ experience of working in advertising agencies. Starting as a copywriter than creative director and now combining creative and managing role. She used to work for brands and Clients such as: Nike, Ferrero, L’Oreal, Jameson, Chivas, Unilever, Procter and Gamble. Addicted to art and surfing, thinking ‘the best wave of my life is still out there” ;-)
