Ariel is a VP Creative Director at RPA with over 18 years industry experience. She currently leads creative on La-Z-Boy—which just successfully launched a new brand platform, “Long Live the Lazy,” that re-positions the heritage brand. She has spent her career crafting unignorable, attention-getting work. She is best known for her brainchild being one of the most popular Super Bowl ads in the past 20 years (Honda’s “Matthew’s Day Off”). Ariel has led and worked on many other brands, including Honda, Cedars-Sinai, Farmers Insurance, Intuit / QuickBooks, TikTok, Amazon Prime Video, ampm, Southwest Airlines, Spotless Brands, and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. Her thought leadership has been published by The One Club and she has hosted events for the See It Be It initiative: a Cannes Lions program that helps to accelerate gender equality in advertising. Ariel has twin 8-year-old boys, and an adorable but extremely feisty 4-year-old daughter.
