Designer with an MA from London College of Communication, accumulating 20+ years experience in the industry. Throughout her career, she has specialized in Branding and Experience Design, crafting memorable experiences and transforming brands across various segments, including Samsung, Stellantis, Nestlé, and Natura, as well as numerous startups. In addition to holding positions at global consultancies and agencies, she served as Senior Design Director for The Coca-Cola Company in Latin America for the past three years, leading projects for over 200 global and regional brands within the continent, and abroad. An entrepreneur and advocate for gender equity, Camila is also the co-founder of MORE GRLS, Brazil’s largest platform for female creative talent, dedicated to increasing the number of women in leadership positions within the communication industry. Furthermore, she is a speaker and the creator of the podcast Job Pra Ontem.
