Charlotte Merlaud has been part of the Havas family since the very start of her career. She first stumbled into the world of sports and entertainment somewhat by chance when she joined Havas Sports & Entertainment in 2015. What she discovered was a space where passion and creativity collide—a boundless playground for artistic direction and concept development. Now a Senior Art Director at Havas Play, Charlotte works with a wide range of clients, from animal protection associations to major players in the hotel industry. Over the past two years, she has primarily focused on the largest sporting event on home soil: the Paris 2024 Olympics. This complex and exhilarating challenge allowed her to oversee and coordinate large-scale multimedia projects for Accor, including film, print, activations, OOH, social media, and more. The ultimate reward? Seeing her ideas come to life on a global stage and feeling the excitement of the event firsthand. This marks her first major judging opportunity, but Charlotte is no stranger to recognition. Her work has been celebrated with prestigious awards, both nationally and internationally, including Effies, Clios, and France's Grand Prix Stratégies. »
