Milena is a Creative Director and Copywriter and has been working in the Brazilian market for the last 18 years in agencies such as W/McCann, nbs Dentsu, Fbiz WPP and Africa Creative, where she's been leading the Creative team for beauty brand Natura for the last 3 years. In her career, she has also developed creative projects and integrated campaigns for brands such as Samsung, The Coca-Cola Company, Ferrero, Supercell, Petrobras, O Boticário, Oi Telecom and Tim Telecom. She has also contributed as a teacher at Miami Ad School and is finishing her MBA at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership. She is also co-founder of @FemeAlmaFala on Instagram, a project that transformed women's speeches into art, developed together with Creative Director Ana Ceilia Novis. As recognition of her work, she has won the main Brazilian awards as well as some international ones like El Ojo de Iberoamerica, D&AD, Cannes Lions and Effie Awards.
