Polly McGregor, Founder and Director of Bang Bang Studios, has been producing sound for over 20 years. After discovering her passion for audio production, she worked at notable Melbourne studios, including Flint Webster, Metropolis Audio and Gasinc. In 2008, she co-founded Bang Bang Studios, which has grown into one of Australia’s leading audio post-production studios. Polly's expertise in casting and production has contributed to many award-winning campaigns, earning accolades such as Clio, Cresta, Gerety and MADC Awards, as well as recognition at various short film festivals globally. Beyond her studio achievements, Polly has played an integral role in Melbourne's advertising community. She helped revive the Melbourne Advertising and Design Club (MADC) post-COVID and co-founded The Aunties, Australia’s largest mentoring network for women in advertising and creative industries.
