With a little over 30 years of experience on the agency side, raised and educated in Mexico and the US, and a degree in Business, Yasmin has journeyed through several countries in Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Brazil) and in the UK. Having began in Kellogg’s brand marketing in Mexico, she then went on to kick-off her advertising career with McCann in Colombia. Spent the greater part of her time with –the then– JWT, including being Latin America Regional Business Director for Unilever Foods (Knorr), Home Care and for Cadbury Adams (now Mondelez). After leaving JWT, she spent some time working in branding consulting out of Alexandria Brazil and Mexico and then went on to have the regional responsibility for the McDonald’s business in Latin America, out of the agency Taterka in Brazil. Throughout the span of her advertising career Yasmin is honoured to have worked alongside some of the most brilliant creative people, who have fueled her passion for creativity and her belief in the power of ideas to fuel brands’ memorability and growth. She feels fortunate to have worked on many iconic companies and brands like Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, WalMart, Cadbury Adams, ABInBev, Bayer Consumer Health and especially Unilever’s Foods, Home and Personal Care brands. Her time with MullenLowe began as Director of Client Service at the Colombian agency MullenLowe SSP3, and since 2015 she oversees new business and marcomms for the Latin American regional network. Yasmin lives and works in São Paulo, Brazil.
