Cinzia Pallaoro — pronounced Pallàoro and not Pallaòro — was born in Trento and grew up in a beautiful village in Trentino’s mountains, in the very north of Italy. Early on, she decided to leave the green valleys behind and broaden her horizons. Her journey into communication began in Berlin, working at a small graphic design studio. There, she discovered her passion for advertising and moved to Barcelona to pursue a master’s degree in art direction. After completing her master, she started working at Y&R Barcelona under the creative direction of Jordina Carbò (former CCO of VMLY&R Barcelona), working on international brands such as Danone, Schweppes, and LG Electronics. After five incredibly happy years, she relocated to Milan, joining Y&R under Vicky Gitto, working on Repubblica, Vodafone, Coop, Danone, Barilla. A year later, she became part of the “family” at Leagas Delaney, where she continues to work, create, and smile every day. Her portfolio includes work for Porsche, Burger King, Tim, Keglevich, Somatoline, and ongoing collaborations with ING Bank, Bauli, Clementoni, Open Fiber, Bonduelle Italia, Bonduelle Global, Baglietto, and Yoga. She became Creative Director at 33, mother at 36 and an Executive Creative Director at 40.
