After three years as Head of Creative at Forsman & Bodenfors New York, Emma Eriksson is back in Stockholm, leading work for global and local clients. Her leadership brings a distinctly Swedish edge: collaborative, egoless, and confidently provocative, with a sharp focus on solving real business problems through creativity and craft — always with the end consumer in mind.
Emma is one of the creative leads behind the successful rollout of Häagen-Dazs’ “Don’t Hold Back” and Therabody’s platform “For the workout called life,” both delivering strong commercial and brand results. Her work also spans brands such as Crocs and Diageo, alongside the award-winning “Big Ink Energy” campaign for Inkbox.
She began her career at TBWA Stockholm and TBWA Chiat Day New York, working on iconic brands including Absolut Vodka and MTV, before co-founding independent agency Le Bureau, where she spent 12 years building teams, culture, and purpose-driven ideas. With a strong foundation in fashion, photography, and visual culture, Emma has worked extensively with fashion and lifestyle brands such as Åhléns, H&M, and Filippa K, as well as clients including Alcro Paint, RFSU, Wetterling Gallery, and several public institutions within education and public health — with a particular focus on engaging young adult audiences.
Her work has been recognized at Cannes Lions and The Golden Egg, and she has served on juries for Cannes Lions, LIA, New York Festivals, and the Gerety Awards.
