Her talent and dedication led her to Unilever, where she worked as a Communication Channel Manager. In 2013, she returned to Mindshare, where she held several important roles, including Strategy Director Latam, Business Development Head, and VP Client Service.In 2018, Gloria joined Initiative as a Client Service Director and was promoted to Managing Director a year later. Her ability to lead teams and develop effective strategies brought her to Havas Group Mexico in 2022, initially as Managing Director of Havas Media. In October 2023, she was appointed Chief Growth Officer, a role in which she focuses on driving growth and innovation within the company.Gloria was honored at the AWLATAM Future is Female Awards 2023 during Advertising Week LATAM.
