Josefina Nadurata is a veteran executive producer and one of Canada’s leading figures in film and advertising production, with more than two decades of experience shaping nationally and internationally recognized work. She is the Co-founder of Holiday United Group (H.U.G.), as well as Co-founder and Executive Producer at Holiday Films & Nimble Content, a Toronto-based production network known for its craft, creative collaboration, and multidimensional production model. Since launching Holiday Films in 2008, Josefina has been instrumental in building the company into a full-service production network. Under the H.U.G. umbrella, she helped expand its capabilities to include motion production, photography, and post-production—forming a flexible, integrated ecosystem designed to meet the evolving needs of modern advertising. Her “wrap-around” approach to production blends production + post + photography, enabling teams to scale to different budgets while maintaining high creative standards. Josefina’s work as an executive producer includes collaborations on campaigns that have received some of the most prestigious honours in global advertising, including Cannes Lions Grand Prix and Titanium awards for iconic projects such as Dove – Evolution, IKEA – Start the Car, and Unilever – Vim. A committed advocate for equity and representation, she has consistently championed diverse creative talent across Canada’s production landscape—supporting BIPOC, LGBTQ2S, and women directors and expanding access to opportunities behind the camera. In 2018, she founded H.U.G. for Good, the social-impact division of Holiday United Group, dedicated to purpose-driven storytelling and film projects that foster empathy, address social issues, and inspire change. Josefina’s leadership sits at the intersection of creative production, strategic innovation, and social impact. As the advertising and content industries face rapid transformation—driven by digital shifts, global audiences, and a demand for meaningful narratives—she continues to influence how high-quality, inclusive, and future-ready content is made in Canada. Based in Toronto, Ontario, Josefina remains a driving force behind production models that prioritize creativity, flexibility, and human-centered stories.
