Renata Decoussau is a creative and brand leader who moves between culture, technology, and business. Over the past two decades, she’s led teams that connect strategy and storytelling: from launching Reels globally at Meta to shaping how AI and humans build trust at IBM. Before that, she was VP of Creative Culture at Africa Creative and spent over a decade in major Brazilian agencies. She has also founded Cumbuca, a purpose-driven food startup, and has served as a juror for The One Show, Effie Awards, and AB InBev’s Creative Council.
