Simone was born in Hong Kong and educated in the UK. She has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and San Francisco. Currently, Simone leads the dentsu group of agencies across creative, media, and customer experience management (CXM), including agency brands such as dentsu Creative, Isobar, Carat, iProspect, dentsu X, and Merkle, across the Greater Bay Area (GBA), covering Hong Kong, Macau, and Guangdong. Throughout her career, Simone has earned numerous recognitions. She was named one of the top 5 Women CEOs Leading Change in Asia by Campaign Magazine, Agency Leader of Hong Kong by Marketing Magazine in 2022, and most recently, the Grand Winner of Empowered Women Leader by Marketech APAC in 2023. Under Simone’s leadership, dentsu has gone from strength to strength, recently winning Overall Agency of the Year in Hong Kong, as well as the titles of Best Agency Culture and Best Place to Work in Greater China. Simone is passionate about advancing women leaders, which is why she contributes as a mentor in the mentoring program for women leaders at the Women’s Foundation. She has also served as a jury member for the various award shows, including Cannes, Spikes, Tangrams, Global Best of the Best, Asia Pacific & Greater China Effie Awards, and YouTube Works.
