Ana Noriega, with more than 15 years of experience, joined FCB in 2015. Four years later, she was promoted to CCO. Since then, their goal has been for the agency to continually adopt tools and platforms that help the brands and promote talent without distinction of gender. She has collaborated for advertising agencies such as: Ogilvy & Mather, Leo Burnett and BBDO, developing ideas for local, regional and global brands such as: Bissú, BMW, SC Johnson, Bud Light. After a pandemic that paralyzed the industry, Ana Noriega, with the FCB team, led and won the BMW Group pitch for Mexico and Latam, the largest in 2020 and the regional pitch for Little Caesars in 2021. He has been a jury at national and international festivals such as: Immortal Awards de LBB, Young Lions México, One Show, Effie Latam, FIAP, El Sol de Iberoamérica, El Ojo de Iberoamerica, Círculo Creativo de México, AdStars, La Vara and Clio Awards 2022 . Noriega, was recognized as Leading Woman Mexico 2021 by AdAge, in addition, she is part of the FCB Global Creative Council and has been awarded in local, regional and international advertising festivals such as: Cannes, One Show, Effie Latam, FIAP, El Sol de Iberoamérica, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Yahoo Big Idea Chair, Creative Circle of Mexico. Ana believes that the balance between the personal and the professional helps to develop better ideas.
