Elena has worked on a broad range of advertising content from a variety of vantage points including full-service traditional agencies, impact driven experiential, unscripted cable documentary and short-form entertainment factories. She’s also worked client side at Allstate as EP in their newly launched in-house creative agency. An industry pro, Elena’s resume includes everything from Cannes winning brand work to integrated production jobs with Energy BBDO, R/GA, and Leo Burnett. An award-winning team lead, Elena started her career on the TV side with the Oprah Winfrey led series, Brewster Place Elena has been Head of Production at OKRP since February of 2021 and a Founder and CEO at Putney since July of 2022.
