A native of New York City, Liz has traveled and lived across the globe for much of her life. She integrated her love of cultural exploration during university and post-graduate studies, inclusive of her experience as an intern for a Member of British Parliament in the House of Commons, Westminster. This passion has been central to her professional life as well. Upon graduating and returning to New York City to work in marketing promotions for Adweek Magazine on such initiatives as the Clio Awards, Liz then headed to Madrid, Spain working across continents and launching her career in global marketing for Anderson Consulting Group (Accenture), specifically assigned to their largest insurance client across Brasil, Italy, and Spain. Once returning stateside as Marketing Director for a subsidiary of Adweek (Adbank), Liz transitioned to the agency world with a specific focus in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Marketing for companies such as Frankfurt Balkind Partners (Hill Holiday), Initiative Media, and McCann Worldgroup. Liz held the post of Global CMO for the Spanish owned media agency MPG (Media Planning Group) through its transition to Havas Media, as well as for the Havas owned agency BETC in Paris. In addition to her agency roles, Liz spent five years as the Global President of Maydream/AdForum. She currently leads brand strategy and agency diversification at Brown, Parker, DiMarinis Advertising (BPD) as their Vice President of Brand Planning with specific focus on hospitals, healthcare systems, and global wellness brands during this critical time in world health. Throughout her 35-year career, Liz has provided strategic planning, marketing, and revenue generation leadership to companies and brands across verticals, creative and media agencies, as well as universities around the world. She is a passionate champion for the role women in business and culture. In addition to her work in the creative industry, Liz has been deeply involved politics and public policy, and has extensive experience as a writer, editor, and producer. She is an avid swimmer, traveler, and lover of cultural exploration. The parents of four, Liz and her husband have resided in New York and Paris, France, and recently relocated to Miami, Florida.
