Emily Rammant operates as mentor coach in the creative industry. As a female entrepreneur, she always finds ways to combine her strategic mindset with her heart for creative and innovative people. Her track record includes 17 years of campaigning in creative agencies and production houses, with numerous Cannes Lions, eurobest awards, Creative Belgium Awards and effie’s as a result. Today Emily is an active ambassor for inclusion within our industry and learns our leaders how to leverage diversity in the workplace with more innovation and creativity as a result.
