In her current role at Whirlpool Corporation she’s responsible for +45 countries in LATAM including her native land Mexico. Under her leadership since 2017 Whirlpool’s brand preference has doubled and the brand has been recognized for 5 years in a row as the most trusted brand in the Home Appliance industry. She’s a DE&I ambassador and strongly believes no purpose-driven task is impossible if you put your mind to it. When talking about innovation her motto is human centered ideas, humanizing technology. Marcela has broad experience in brand equity building, digital transformation, communication & media, and connecting the dots…she’s a strategist and catalyst for making ideas happen.
