Marianna Ghirlanda is the CEO of BBDO group in Italy. During her 5-year tenure, Marianna oversaw operations and strategic planning that resulted in net profit increases. Before this role, Marianna was head of partnerships at Google Italy. Marianna holds a master's degree in architecture and a post graduate master in marketing and communication. In 2022 she was nominated president of IAA Italy Chapter. Since 2019 she is the president of the research department of UNA (Italian agencies association). She is an active board member of the “Italians Festival!”, the main event of the MarCom industry in the Italian market.
