Marie Lamonica is the Managing Director of Creative at We Are Rosie. In this role, she brings her 20 years of agency and brand-side experience to support global brands in achieving creative excellence, whether through strengthening their in-house agencies or curating freelance talent for project-based work. Marie also oversees a team of client and account professionals who effortlessly blend strategic advising with innovative solutions. Before her role at We Are Rosie, Marie was the Executive Director of Global Creative Operations at Estee Lauder and prior to that, she paved her way in the agency world at TBWA/Chiat/Day and Lloyd&Co. Her client work encompassed some of the most loved and known brands on the planet, including Absolut Vodka, Jameson Whiskey, adidas, Calvin Klein, and Estee Lauder.
