Nalini was born in Amsterdam but raised by the world, shaped by Surinamese roots and international professional assignments in South Africa, the Netherlands and Mexico. With more than a decade of experience building eight brands, she now puts her energy into Heineken® as Communication Manager at the global head office, where she leads global campaigns and oversees all communication for the APAC region. She believes big brands should feel human, not distant, and champions work that lives inside culture, a vision reflected in award winning campaigns like Pubsuccession in Ireland and Trust Bars in South Korea, recognised among others by Gerety and Cannes Lions. Outside of work, she finds her greatest inspiration in her growing family as a proud mum of one and soon to be mum of two boys.
