Patrícia Moura works at GUT Agency as Head of Content at São Paulo`s office. She is one of the first black women in leadership among the biggest advertising agencies in Brazil. This year, Patricia was part of the Entertainment Lions jury at The Cannes International Festival of Creativity and also was jury of the first TikTok Ad Awards in Brazil. Prior to GUT, Patrícia served as the lead content strategist at the world's biggest entertainment and music festival - Rock in Rio - guiding a team to creating, designing, managing and measuring music and entertainment content in real time during the editions of Lisbon 2018 and Rio 2019. Previously, in 2016, Patrícia collaborated with ""Todxs research"": a deep dive in representation of women in advertising conducted by Heads Agency in partnership with UN Women. The research was fundamental to open debates around gender stereotypes and the gap of black people's representativeness in advertising in Brazil. Patrícia`s passion is to help big brands establish the best relationship with people through digital platforms, but also, open space for more diversity in and outside of the screen that built it.
