Pınar Ercan Tursun CEO, Ingage Turkey’s Most Powerful 50 Women CEOs – Ekonomist 2021 Pınar Ercan Tursun leads a team of over 120 people at Ingage, providing strategy-based and data-oriented media solutions, consultancy services, and technology platforms to Ingage’s clients. Her desire about transforming Ingage into a next-generation agency brings innovative approaches to digital marketing services. With this vision, Ingage enables its clients to achieve business goals and contributes to their growth significantly as a valued business partner. Ercan Tursun got a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University. She also began her postgraduate degree in the same department, and worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant during her studies in 1998. Starting from 2000, she took various roles in sales, finance, marketing and after sales divisions at Ford of Turkey. During her time, She completed her Executive MBA as the valedictorian from Koç University in 2006. At the age of 29, Ercan Tursun, became one of the first women leaders in Ford of Turkey. Since then, she has been focusing on empowering women in business life. In 2010, she was assigned as “Commercial Vehicles Marketing Sr. Manager” at Ford of Europe, headquartered in the UK. During the same period, her team was awarded Ford’s prestigious Go Further Awards as a result of two extraordinary projects under her leadership. After returning to Turkey in 2014, she continued her career as the Marketing Director at Ford of Turkey. Ercan Tursun was appointed CEO of Ingage in April 2019. Pınar Ercan Tursun is married with a son. She enjoys horse riding, travelling, pottery and trying ketogenic recipes.
