Roxana is the Managing Partner of DDB & Tribal Worldwide Romania. She started her career in advertising in 1998, currently holding over 19 years of extensive top management expertise, during which she coordinated super complex teams and businesses that reached impressive turnovers. At 25, she has become one of the youngest Managing Director in an advertising agency in Romania: Ogilvy & Mather. Briefly, Ogilvy & Mather Romania, Brau Union Romania (Heineken), DDB & Tribal Worldwide Romania are the companies that Roxana helped develop, playing a pivotal role, focusing on the strategic view, and taking care of the creative product of the businesses. A well-respected speaker in all marcom conferences, Roxana is always full of energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude, but she is best known for her business vision that brought the two agencies, DDB and Tribal, on the most important stages at local and international creative festivals. A natural-curios mind, Roxana is always thriving for self-development and is in a constant search for her best version. Yet, what mostly matters to her is her team and creating a safe, yet performant space, in both agencies she’s leading.
