Simina Zidaru Dima is the Managing Director and Executive Creative Director of Tribal DDB Bucharest. With over 10 years of experience, she’s known for her leadership style, doing her best to lead by example and push people to nurture their skills to greatness. She got selected in 2018 as one of the 20 future female creative directors at Cannes Lions - See It Be It. A big picture kind of creative, with a strong background in ATL and Digital she’s in charge with overseeing the creative product of the agency, leading a team of 42, always striving to find the best solutions for local and global brands, but also for her team. Her work has been awarded at festivals all around the world and she’s a constant jury member at various festivals. She managed to quit smoking after a decade and still considers it as one of the greatest things she’s ever done.
