Stephanie is the Chief Design Officer at Zulu Alpha Kilo. Her expertise in leveraging the power of design to solve for real human needs led to the Fast Company’s 3-Part Series Project Junior, where she re-envisioned the future of fertility. Her work has been recognized at every major award show including D&AD, Cannes, The One Show, AIGA and The Type Directors Club. Stephanie speaks regularly on topics like designing for social impact, inclusive design, behavioral change, and designing for women. She’s delivered an Adobe 99u Master Class on inclusive design, has been a National YoungArts mentor at The National Foundation for the Advancement of Artists, and serves on the advisory board for Simprints, a not-for-profit tech company helping in the fight against world poverty. Stephanie has crafted products, experiences, and services for global brands like Sephora, BMW MINI, P&G, PepsiCo, and Under Armour. She also led the development of the world’s first encyclopedia for Microaggressions: The Micropedia. The initiative was recognized with two Cannes Lions, a One Show Fusion Pencil recognizing excellence in DEI, and was selected to be part of the Government of Canada’s 50-30 Challenge – a program to accelerate diversity efforts in the workplace.
