Ad Net Zero Statement: | Since the majority of the campaign took place online, the carbon emissions associated with traditional physical production processes were minimized. However, we prioritized sustainability throughout the development and execution of the campaign. Efforts were made to minimize the environmental impact by utilizing digital platforms for communication and outreach, thereby reducing the need for physical materials and transportation. Additionally, in the production of The Unwearable Ring, we collaborated with a professional jewelry studio that adheres to environmentally friendly practices and ethical sourcing of materials. Furthermore, the decision to create a limited number of rings, handcrafted from 14k gold and sapphire glass, ensured that resources were used responsibly. Additionally, the boxes used for delivery were handcrafted with sustainability in mind, featuring recyclable materials. Overall, while carbon emissions were not directly measured, sustainability was considered throughout the campaign's planning and execution, with a focus on reducing environmental impact wherever possible. |
