| Notes for Judging: | Insight: Women are underrepresented in tech not because they lack skills, but because of perception. They don’t see themselves in it, and they don’t feel legitimate. Strategy: Not to tell them they can succeed, but to show them that they already can. By creating AI-powered doubles embodying alternative career paths, we designed a moment of confrontation, reflection, and awareness. The campaign combined cutting-edge AI with human, intimate storytelling, creating a tangible bridge between self-perception and the realm of possibilities. Execution INTERVIEW WITH MYSELF merged advanced AI with raw, authentic human storytelling. Each avatar was trained using the participant’s real face, voice, and micro-expressions, then rendered and projected live on set, enabling a real, two-way interaction between the woman and her digital double. This setup created an emotional experience perceived as spontaneous, real, and not staged or performed. Visually, the creative approach focused on intimacy: tight framing, soft lighting, and subtle movements to capture every reaction, every smile, every hesitation, and every tear. The tone was empathetic, introspective, and empowering, balancing wonder with vulnerability. The project existed both as a live experience and as a film, designed to maximize immersion and reach. Every detail—from AI integration to cinematic direction—was crafted with one goal: to make technology deeply human. Results Initial results, 10 days after the launch of the INTERVIEW WITH MYSELF experience: ✅ +104% website traffic ✅ 1.2 million organic impressions ✅ +75% increase in registrations for Social Builder Academy, the leading e-learning platform that supports, trains, and helps women access careers in digital and technology fields. |
